This policy applies to purchases from The Chunky Pigeon online store and does not affect your statutory rights.

Clothing and eligible non-perishable items

For online orders of standard clothing and other eligible non-perishable items, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Customers pay the direct return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns. Contact hello@thechunkypigeon.co.uk with your order number to request a return and receive instructions. Our business address is The Chunky Pigeon, 84 Kingston Road, London SW19 1LA, United Kingdom.

You may try on and inspect clothing as you would in a shop. A lawful deduction may be made if handling beyond that necessary to examine the goods has reduced their value.

We will refund eligible returned goods, including the original standard outward delivery charge where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that they have been sent. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, any extra charge above standard delivery is not refunded. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@thechunkypigeon.co.uk promptly with your order number. We will arrange a remedy consistent with your statutory rights, including reasonable return costs where we are legally responsible.
